Allergies

We kindly ask you to inform us of any allergies up to 7 days before arrival so that we can make the necessary preparations. For a vegan meal preparation we allow us to charge a surcharge of € 22,00 per person / night. This is only possible if you inform us in good time.

ARRIVAL

Have you already booked your vacation? You can plan your journey to Neustift im Stubai here.

Check in from 08:00 – 21.00, check out until 11.00 (groups until 10.30). You can move into your room from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival, but we ask you to vacate it by 11.00 am on the day of departure, otherwise we will have to charge you for another day. If you arrive later than 8.00 pm, please let us know, otherwise the room will be given to someone else.

Late arrival

If you do not have dinner on the day of arrival, you will be informed in good time

When booking with breakfast only, it is no longer possible to change to half board on site.
However, you can eat à la carte in our restaurant every day until 6 pm.

Single room supplement

Double rooms also available for single use on request. An empty bed fee will be charged for the 2nd missing person. Superior double rooms cannot be booked for 1 person at any time. (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Carnival and Easter double rooms are not available for single occupancy).

Group and coach tours (from 26 full-paying passengers)

You are very welcome in our hotel. Individual price information is available on request.

Short stay supplement

A surcharge of € 15.00 per person per night will be charged for stays of less than 7 nights during vacation periods when a minimum stay of 7 nights applies.

During the vacations (Christmas/New Year’s Eve, Carnival and Easter) a minimum stay of 7 nights applies. For bookings of less than 7 nights (if a booking is possible) a surcharge of Euro 15.00 per adult and per child per night will be charged.

Dress code in the dining room

We kindly ask you to come to dinner in appropriate clothing. Wearing ski boots, ski suits, bathrobes or tracksuits is not permitted. For breakfast you are welcome to wear casual clothing or ski suits, but please do not wear ski boots or bathrobes.

Dogs

(only by prior arrangement) € 18,00 per dog / day without food, as well as € 45,00 final cleaning. We allow 1 dog per room. Daily access from us to the room must be guaranteed.

Dogs are not allowed in all room categories. Dogs are also not allowed in the dining room and Relax Oasis. Therefore, please let us know at the time of your request that you intend to bring a dog. Dogs may only be brought along after written confirmation from us. In the event that a dog is brought along without prior written confirmation from us, we reserve the right to adjust the room category accordingly (in this case only downgrade but without price adjustment possible). However, if this is not possible due to the booking situation, the booking is considered canceled and – according to our cancellation conditions – the following charges apply Cancellation fees of 100 % of the total package price apply. Other pets are not allowed.

Travel agencies

For travel agencies, our offers with half board can be booked on request and subject to availability. Our packages can only be booked directly through us.

Ski pass

By purchasing a ski pass, you conclude a transportation contract with WINTERSPORT TIROL AG & CO STUBAIER BERGBAHNEN KG. The individual services to which this card entitles you are provided by legally independent companies. The Alpensporthotel Mutterberg, which sells the ticket, acts only as a representative of the Stubaier Gletscherbahn.

Therefore, only the respective contractor (Stubaier Gletscherbahn) is obliged to provide the individual services and to pay compensation in the event of any incidents. AGB Stubaier Gletscherbahn.

Internet only for our hotel guests

At the reception you will receive your own access code for the W-Lan after CHECK IN.

Non-smoking/smoking area

The entire interior of the house, including all rooms, is NON-SMOKING. Smoking lounge in front of the main entrance with heat lamps available. Smoking is only permitted here or on the balcony of the rooms.

Package deals

We grant our guests a discount under certain conditions. Package deals with reservation: In case of lift price changes we have to adjust our ski pass arrangements!

If the packages are used, NO money will be refunded in the event of early departure. For the package that includes the 3 ½-day ski pass, the ski pass is valid from 12.00 noon on the day of arrival.
Our packages are only valid for direct bookings from private guests.

It is not possible to book a package deal for reservations made through travel agencies.

NO refunds are possible in the event of cancelation, late arrival or early departure. We comply with the General Terms and Conditionsfor the Hotel Industry (AGBH).

Down payment

We ask for a deposit of 40% of the booked services. Our bank details, deadline and amount of the deposit will be stated in each booking confirmation.

Payment methods

We would like to point out that you can pay your hotel bill on the evening before departure or at the latest by 10.30 a.m. on the morning of departure.

Cancellation and travel insurance for private guests (no group)

Cancellations Cancellations must be made in writing (no cancellation by telephone possible), you will receive a confirmation from us in any case, the date on which we receive the e-mail from you is the date of cancellation. Please make sure that you send the cancellation to info@mutterberg.at, if we do not receive an e-mail, it will not be considered as a cancellation.

Up to 6 weeks before the day of arrival – cancellation of the room free of charge (20 Euro processing fee will be charged)

6 weeks until the day of arrival we charge a cancellation fee, regardless of whether we can rent the room to someone else.

When making a booking, it is very important to take out travel cancellation insurance to protect you from cancellation fees in the event of cancellation due to illness.

To the travel insurance

However, this only applies to private guests. Groups: free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. Cancellation fee as stated above will be charged in any case.

Empty bed fee

In the event of late arrival or early departure, the daily rate, minus breakfast and dinner (worth € 20 per full-paying guest), will be charged in the category booked. This also applies if the stay is shortened or partially canceled. In the case of package bookings, no refunds will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure or changes at short notice within the 6-week cancellation period.

European Travel Insurance “Hotel Cancellation Plus” (without excess) is more than just cancellation insurance for your vacation. Hotel Cancellation Plus also includes trip interruption, additional costs in the event of delayed arrival or an involuntary extension of your vacation and search and rescue costs including helicopter rescue. helicopter rescue.

Please note that we have to charge cancellation fees in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) if you have not taken out travel insurance.

Obligatory New Year’s Eve surcharge

The surcharge is € 95.00 per person. It will also be charged if you do not take part in the festivities. No surcharge for children under 14 years.
